Meet your instructor

Maury Sumja lives in the Nashville area with her husband and their boys who were her very first ISR swimmers. She first began teaching ISR in 2007. She has previously taught in Brentwood, TN, Columbus, MS, and Gulf Shores, AL. After a few years in the corporate world, she has returned to teaching ISR full time.
